What Does Adenopathy Mean Please Help With Lymph Neck Answer???????

Please help with lymph neck answer??????? - what does adenopathy mean

What does reactive lymph node?
Furthermore, what does that mean?
Ultrasound:

More important is the right and left 6x9x4mm is 10x3x6mm. These data show benign and does not seem to be clinically significant. An enlarged node 10x to 8x 10mm presented in the left submaxillary region.
Doe $ this is a benign, or want to see you, or if you think you are about to delete the item?
I was sick for 10 months.
Thank you in advance for your answers

Reactive lymph nodes occur if you have a cold, sinusitis, influenza, respiratory infections, monkeys, etc. When was the overtime, they swell. Have you ever had a sore throat and your mother or your friend, was the angle of the jaw? They feel like they should respond to the lymph nodes.

Features benign: not malignant
Clinically insignificant: no big deal in general
Left mandibular glands under the jaw

The lymph nodes, only three, who had seen or measured, were 1 cm or less in size.

If you have been ill, have for 10 months, the lymph nodes is a good indicator of who will tell you the truth, you feel bad, and if you had an ultrasound, it certainly has the attention of your doctor. Onlycontinue to try to use part of "clinically insignificant". It is likely that all of this means that you've been sick, and now they need to know what you're sick.
